We’ve changed to a new neroli fabric conditioner fragrance. after a long while listing, laundering & living with a bunch of samples from the lab, we’ve come to a ruling…
a subtle, fresh & calming – all natural – update on the original fill fabric conditioner neroli fragrance.
lift laundry from the hum of the drum. the new blend is a natural neroli phase oil. it contains only natural ingredients; pure essential oils and raw aroma materials derived in a natural way – via steam distillation of the white blossom of the bitter orange tree.
note: there might be slight variation in natural oil profiles, depending on environmental conditions at harvest.

what’s it like?
well, we don’t go in for complicated fragrance descriptions usually.
we like to keep it simple, right on target, direct.
but, there’s joy in clean laundry so we knew it was important to get this right (especially when folks already love the laundry liquid they’re with).

why would we even change it?
we’ve always said that if we found something better, we’d make the switch. and we did, so we have.
the new neroli is fresher, better & we love it. we hope you do too.
for those asking, these are the new neroli fragrance notes:
crisp, refreshing & green citrus, rhubarb leaves & orange peel develop into a rounded fragrance with a heart of rose & lavender and an aromatic base of persipan & cedarwood. oooweee. how neroli laundry should be!

Packed and shipped by hand by us, in our warehouse. We don’t use any single use plastic packaging to ship goods.

Caps
We re-use all drum caps we can. That means that goods won’t always come with the single use factory seal intact, unless you specifically request it.

Cardboard boxes
Made with >60% recycled fibres, fsc certified and printed with vegetable ink.

Paper tape
We’ve always only ever used paper tape printed with vegetable ink.

1. Keep hold of the returnable cardboard outer packaging. This should be reused to send the drum back to us for refill. If you don’t keep hold of the original transit packaging, no biggie. You can reuse any box you might have at home.

2. Fold outer pack flat (instructions printed on the box). Keep it safe until you are ready to return the drum.

3. Place empty drum back inside transit packaging with cap still in position so that they can be reused.

4. Cut out the freepost return label on the flyer included in your order. Paper tape to outside of box. If you didn’t find a return label in your package, you can download a copy here.

5. Make sure you cover any previous postage labels so that it makes its way back to fillville with no problems.

6. Drop at your closest parcel post box or post office.
