Spirit vinegar is prepared by the bacterial acetification of alcohol derived from a fermentation of sugars by yeasts.
Produced in the UK, Holland or Belgium & supplied to us closed loop in 1000l ibcs. We dilute to a safer concentration, pack into bulk & deliver in a closed loop from our factory in Northamptonshire.

How to use

for glass & general cleaning: dilute or use neat.

for descaling toilets: add warm water to bowl. add 1⁄2 cup. leave for 1 hr + flush.

for bathroom clean: mix 1:1 with water. spray on. wipe off.

vinegar is acidic. don’t use on natural stone (like granite or marble quartz), unsealed grout or waxed surfaces. test on an out of sight area. dilute further if you’ve got any worries. wear gloves!

Cardboard boxes
We designed a tough cardboard shipping box to fix fill refill bottles during transit with no need for tape, wrap or any other crap. transit boxes are made with >60% recycled fibres, fsc certified and printed with vegetable ink.
Cardboard is precious. It’s in short supply. we make sure to re-use every piece we possibly can & make sure to take back the transit boxes that @fill_co 10 x 500ml bottles are delivered to our wholesalers in. We’ll keep re-using them until we can’t use them any longer. We send out bulk deliveries in giant re-used boxes from other places (we roller-out the name with efi ink & stencil with ‘return for refill’).
We’ll collect & re-use any fsc pallet boxes we send out over & over, until we can’t any longer.

Return liners
We wash and reuse all plastic liners we get back from home refillers. all you do is freepost return the liner back to us when you’re done, using the flat-pack return box inside. Infill
Once any board reaches the end of its life as a box, we’ll shred & use for infill packaging & protection for online orders, pallet box deliveries or moving precious things around.
If we make more infill than we need we’ll let you know & maybe you’d like to use it too?

Paper tape
We’ve always only ever used paper tape printed with vegetable ink.

Each 5l & 10l box replaces the need for 10 x 500ml or 20 x 500ml new single use bottles respectively.

When you’re running low, pour out the last 500ml into your refill bottle. That’ll keep you going while you wait for a new box.
