Pour into machine dispenser. For hand washing add to wash bowl. Rinse.

Machine wash:
light soil 20ml
medium soil 40ml
heavy soil 60ml

Hand wash:
Dilute 1–2 capfuls in wash basin. Soak for 5 mins & rinse in cold water.

Always follow garment care instructions and machine manufacturers’ guidelines.

Laundry liquid can be used to hand wash delicates and cashmere. It is most often the mechanical action in the drum of the washing machine that causes damage to garments through stretching or abrasion against other garments. Hand washing prevents these two things from happening.

We would advise using mild, not too hot water as this may affect the fibres leading to shrinking/thermal shock. As well as a small dose of laundry liquid as not much will be needed to give great results in a small bowl/bucket. Gently working the laundry liquid and water through the garment will give the best results.

Contains amongst other ingredients
Less than 5%: preservatives (phenoxyethanol), perfumes (CONTAINS LINALOOL).
Less than 15%: non-ionic surfactants.

we’ve changed to a new neroli laundry liquid fragrance. after a long while listing, laundering & living with a bunch of samples from the lab, we’ve come to a ruling…
a subtle, fresh & calming – all natural – update on the original fill laundry liquid neroli fragrance.
lift laundry from the hum of the drum. the new blend is a natural neroli phase oil. it contains only natural ingredients; pure essential oils and raw aroma materials derived in a natural way – via steam distillation of the white blossom of the bitter orange tree.
note: there might be slight variation in natural oil profiles, depending on environmental conditions at harvest.

what’s it like?
well, we don’t go in for complicated fragrance descriptions usually.
we like to keep it simple, right on target, direct.
but, there’s joy in clean laundry so we knew it was important to get this right (especially when folks already love the laundry liquid they’re with).

why would we even change it?
we’ve always said that if we found something better, we’d make the switch. and we did, so we have.

20l post consumer recycled (pcr) returnable and refillable drum.

20l drums are hard to beat, if used correctly. Each one removes 40 x 500ml single use plastic bottles from circulation. We actively choose 20l pcr drums, made from 100% packaging waste material. they are 100% recyclable too but that‘s not the important thing. We want them to be used over and over again.

Caps
We re-use all 20l drum caps. That means that goods won’t always come with the single use factory seal intact, unless you specifically request it.

1-4 x 20L units:
Delivery from our factory via UPS.

4-15 x 20L units of either washing up liquid ginger, laundry liquid neroli, fabric conditioner neroli or hand soap fig leaf:
Delivery via City Sprint bikes and electric vans.

16+ x 20L or 10KG units:
Delivery from our factory via pallet.

Any other product:
Delivery from our factory via UPS or pallets.

Every drum should be good for years and years of reuse & refills to reduce packaging waste. They should be returned to us after each use and must not be thrown away.
We will pick up when we’re next delivering in/near your area or when you have close to a full pallet of drums (around 29 x 20l) please allow approximately 2 weeks for pick up.
Replace the original drum cap before returning. We also re-use all 20l drum caps.
Please look after the drums & don’t put holes in them. damaged drums can’t be used again.

When the 20l drums are empty, we take them back for washing in our dedicated facilities (the washtainer). Once they’ve passed inspection for quality control, they are placed back into stock for re-use. We make sure they always get used again! that’s how we roll.
We will reuse every drum over and over again until they are no longer fit for purpose, and then we will ensure each one is recycled into something else that can be reused again. Some drums have been in circulation with us now for nearly 4 years! damaged or punctured drums are collected together and sent for recycling with carefully selected partners. We purchase the recycled plastic back as planters or in the form of panels & boards for use around our site, closing another loop.
