Acidic chelating agent

Contains: 100% citric acid.

Please note that citric acid can become clumpy when exposed to air. It’s fine to use – just break up with a spoon before use.

Derived from corn sugar. Corn is harvested, fermented, acidified & crystallised. It’s a pretty long process with a load of complex filtration & crystallisation.

Helps shift limescale in hard water. Hard water contains a whole lot of mineral ions – mostly calcium & magnesium ions. citric acid works by grabbing (chelating) these ions & stopping them forming limescale.

descale the kettle: half fill kettle. boil. add 2 tsp. stand until cool.

descale the toilet: add warm water to bowl. add 2 tbsp. leave for 1 hr + flush.

for bathroom cleaning: add 1 tsp to 1l water. spray on. leave for 30 secs. wipe off.

don’t use on natural stone. test on an inconspicuous area.

That means you can get powders in freepost returnable packaging. Send the empty tub(s) back to us for refill using the original transit packaging when you’re done. Don’t throw anything away. We’ll use it all again.
Powder to the people!

1. Keep hold of the returnable cardboard outer packaging. This should be reused to send the tub back to us for refill. If you don’t keep hold of the original transit packaging, no biggie. You can reuse any box you might have at home.
2. Fold outer pack flat (instructions printed on the box). Keep it safe until you are ready to return the tub.
3. Place empty tub back inside transit packaging with lid/s still in position so that they can be reused.
4. Cut out the freepost return label on the flyer included in your order. Paper tape to outside of box. If you didn’t find a return label in your package, you can download a copy here.
5. Make sure you cover any previous postage labels so that it makes its way back to Fillville with no problems.
6. Drop at your closest parcel post box or post office.
